It’s made with REAL flaxseeds in it which generates heat when warmed in the microwave. These heat caps can be used on dry, damaged, curly, frizzy, long, natural, or ethnic hair types to help improve strength, volume, and manageability.How to use: Before applying the heat cap to your conditioned hair, insert the heated cap into the microwave for about 1-2 minutes. Increase by a few seconds if it’s not warm enough then place the heated cap onto your head for your desired time. We recommend about 25-30 minutes.Be sure to place a shower cap or plastic bag on head first then the heat cap.
